Agency Central Users
Each agency operates uniquely, so no hard rules apply. Account executives and clients are common users. Creative, traffic, production, senior management, and copywriters are next. If you are deploying the Scheduling tool as your traffic system, any employee involved in the project tasks (art buyers, legal, QA, etc) could be users. On the client side, the most common users are the client contacts you work with day in and day out. However, as the system enables your client's organization to more efficiently review and approve materials, people involved in the client review process who were once shielded from you might become users of the system (added benefit - deeper exposure into the clients' organizations)
