Agency Central Training
We understand that time spent training is time not working/billing, so we have gone to great lengths to absolutely minimize the need for training. We are confident that you will find the amount of training needed to be significantly less than any other agency management system to which you have been exposed.
Agency Central includes a variety of training materials and options so you can tailor a program to meet the needs of your users. Options include online training, step-by-step self-study guides for those that like to "do," and instructor-led overviews and walk-throughs using off-the-shelf or customized training content.
There will be three general classes of users in your account.
Administrator:
You typically have one or two Administrators who manage the addition and deletion of users, user groups, and companies to your account. Training time: 120 minutes
Project Managers:
Agency employees that create and manage projects and team collaboration. Training time: 15 to 60 minutes
End Users:
Clients and certain agency employees that are not managing projects. Training time: 15 to 30 minutes.
