With hundreds of clients since 1998, a well-defined path has been established. Most visitors spend fifteen to twenty minutes on our site reviewing the demo and these questions. Next they fill out the Demo Request form, followed by a short conversation with an Agency Central representative to schedule and coordinate a live demonstration via web conference.

The demonstration typically runs an hour, and is conducted using our web conferencing tool from the convenience of your office. If you are the decision maker, you are then ready to make your decision. If you are recommending, a second one-hour demo is typically scheduled. After the decision maker sees the comprehensive demo, reviews appropriate price plans, and asks a few questions, the decision is made. A simple agreement is faxed, and upon receipt, your account is typically ready for production in less than an hour.

You can implement yourself, or an implementation manager will help establish, coordinate, and deliver a training program for your users, typically within a few days or weeks.

From your visit here to your live account requires only a few hours. Value will begin to flow as your users become active in your account, again typically a few days after you go live.
